If I am not mistaking the tragedy took place at Brand Park. Maybe I am wrong but I remember it because we were playing soccer that day when the police rushed over and started the investigation. We did not know exactly what happened until later. I was at the funeral which thousands of people came to pay respects. Tony died too young and over something that is unspeakable. R.I.P.
I also want to say R.I.P. to Avo who died at the age of 15 in front of Hoover high do to accidental shooting. We miss you all, watch over your family, you will always be missed.

Dearest Tony,
i was in the fourth grad when u passed away and i still remember and think of you.. u were a great friend of my brother and cousein. my cousin was the one who drove u to the hospital. he still talks about u, we all do. i remember that u wanted to be a police officer like ur brother to protect people. it saddens me to think that u never had the chance to reach that dream, but i still feel like a part of ur dream came true... u are still protecting people... ur protecting us from heaven. i remember seeing the blood all over the car, and i remember all the poems and letters they both wrote for u. just want to tell you that my brother is married now and that vic got married a few years ago and now has a beautiful baby boy. we all think of u and will always keep u in our hearts.. always. continue looking over ur mom and brother along with all of the others you love. May u rest in Peace. |

| lifes really a messed up place to live in, keep holdin your head high to tonys family, and to tony i no its been a while but keep looking after your family because regardless if its a day a month a year or 20 years to a mothers heart, a child gone 40 yrs ago feels like a minute, much love. keep the gates open for us hommie |
